this was the school who made me strong to face all my struggles in life cuz,, they show me the real face of anomalies, controveries, and unsolved issues. this is the institution who serves as a defenseless victim and eyewitness from the actions of the greedy officials who called them selves "LORD". This is the only school who tolerates power of the dominant families, to govern and manipulate things, we have useless Mendozas, selfish Lombrios, mayayabang na Paladas, and others. they dont even gave a chance to deserving people to be employed. And teachers who are not knowledgeable in their areas of assignments. not to name names, coz lot of them. to CHED officials: please review the qualifications of the employees just to make sure that they fit for the positions that the currently handling. and terminate those who are not coz they are the primary reasons why we have poor quality education. and compare to other public universities in Region 8, the worst's school.... my poor essu, how can we have a good future if we have those kind of mentors? we dont only need changes but reformation because we dont want to rely our futures on pirates hands..... so people of ESSU wake up... ,Its time to be aware, its time to be enlightened, and its time to walk hand by hand to a better future....... Lets face the world with pride, honor and dignity.........
